1. Trade Customers
KOKO Fashion Ltd supplies goods on a trade-only basis. We supply qualified hair stylists, beauty salons, and cosmetic or hair supply retailers. Orders from individual consumers or unregistered traders may be refused.
KOKO Fashion Ltd reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time if the information provided is found to be false or if a member breaches these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders and Acceptance
2.1 Orders may be placed via our official website or in person at our Manchester store.
2.2 Once an order has been accepted and payment has been confirmed, a contract is formed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2.3 All orders are subject to acceptance by KOKO Fashion Ltd. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 Prices quoted are wholesale prices and are exclusive of VAT (if applicable) and delivery charges.
3.2 Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received and verified. Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled without notice.
3. A minimum order value of £100 including VAT and delivery charges applies.
3.4 We offer multiple payment options.
- Cash (collection only): Cash payments are accepted only for customers collecting orders from our Manchester showroom.
- PayPal: Payments may be sent to info@kokofashion.co.uk. Please include your order number as the payment reference.
- Bank transfer: Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash deposit using the following details:

4. Returns Policy
4.1 Due to hygiene reasons, wigs, hairpieces, and related products cannot be returned or exchanged unless a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed.
4.2 Buyers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any defects within 14 days of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.
4.3 Items that have been worn, altered, washed, styled, or otherwise handled beyond reasonable inspection will not be eligible for return.
4.4 If a manufacturing defect is verified, KOKO Fashion Ltd may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or issue a credit note.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All brand names, product images, human imagery, product designs, descriptions, logos, and marketing materials displayed on our website or provided by KOKO Fashion Ltd remain the sole intellectual property of KOKO Fashion Ltd.
5.2 Buyers are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our intellectual property for marketing, resale, or online listings without prior written consent from KOKO Fashion Ltd.
5.3 Our product images, content, and branding may not be used on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, Temu, Shein, etc.), social media platforms, or other websites without written permission.
5.4 Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in the suspension of the Buyer’s account and may lead to legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 KOKO Fashion Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the supply or use of our goods.
6.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in question.
6.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Force Majeure
KOKO Fashion Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruptions, labour disputes, or government restrictions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts and cancel orders at our discretion if a Buyer breaches these Terms, fails to make payment, or provides false or misleading information during registration.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
