Delivery Information

1. Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 14:00 (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

2. Free UK delivery (one parcel) is available when the order total reaches £400 including VAT. The free delivery option will be automatically applied at checkout.

3. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. USA orders: Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, parcels shipped to the United States may be subject to higher import duties, tariffs, or customs fees, which must be paid by the recipient.

6. Refused deliveries: If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or tariffs, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, courier charges, and any additional fees incurred.
